Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and deliver the iconic Popeyes guest experience. You will lead shifts, ensure speed and accuracy, and help manage labor and costs while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, team development, and a culture that values hospitality, Safety, and guest satisfaction across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
