You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure fast, accurate service, high-quality food, and a welcoming guest experience while managing labor and costs in a busy QSR setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
