You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, deliver extraordinary guest service, and grow the business while guiding hiring, training, and development at your location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and development at your bakery-cafe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
