Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan staffing, shift scheduling, and development of team members.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Manage team performance to meet bakery-cafe goals and guest service standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop managers through processes and Panera values.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through food quality, service, and teamwork.
• Maintain cost controls and inventory; uphold health and safety standards.
