Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager with decisions and problem solving.
• Plan staffing, shift scheduling, people development, and succession planning.
• Hire, on-board and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Assist with managing team performance to meet goals and guest service standards.
• Develop managers on Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure guests are delighted by food, service and team.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and maintain safety.
