Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars.

• Completion of required local/state food and alcohol service trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff, including HOH and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Participate in interviewing, warnings, counseling and documentation in partnership with General Manager.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and maintaining financial controls.
• Assist in management development and succession planning for AGM-level roles.
• Drive sales and ensure operational excellence with the leadership team.
