Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all location operations, including kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience. You will manage day-to-day execution, ensure brand standards, and drive profitability across shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.
• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar setting.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets.
• Proactively use operational and customer data/feedback to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards.
• Lead and coach hourly team members with accountability, service excellence, and safety.
