You will own daily results, coach hourly team members, manage labor and safety, and execute brand standards across shifts. This hands-on leadership role offers growth opportunities as Wonder expands its locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and team safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members with a focus on accountability and safety.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining brand standards and shift readiness.
• Support labor and food cost performance through inventory, labeling, and waste reduction.
• Grow the business by mentoring managers-in-training and preparing for expansion.
