Job summary

Bojangles’ is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Gastonia, NC to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional southern hospitality. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture across daily operations.

Essential duties include developing staff, ensuring standards, and executing tasks with a coaching mindset. Flexible hours, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to provide exceptional guest experience with Southern Hospitality.
• Develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales and profitability.

• Ensure adherence to all systems and processes (BoFood, BoLabor).
• Oversee inventory, safety, and security standards; participate in LTO activities.
