Bojangles' in Gastonia, NC is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

• Understand the Restaurant's P&L and contribute to inventory management and safety.
