Bojangles' in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering our Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

You’ll manage schedules, develop staff, and ensure compliance with BoFood and BoLabor, while upholding safety, quality, and profitability. The role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
