Bojangles' Assistant General Manager in Gastonia, NC is seeking a performance-driven leader to partner with the General Manager in developing a team that delivers outstanding Southern Hospitality. You will oversee operations to grow traffic and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, flexible hours, and a commitment to coaching, onboarding, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
