Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multitask and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experience and drive traffic, sales and profitability.
• Develop and lead a team that maintains a customer-centric culture.
• Ensure adherence to all systems and processes (BoFood/BoLabor) and enforce standards.
• Empower team members to provide WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Manage inventory and participate in safety and security practices.
• Support training, onboarding and shift coverage for all staff.
