Job summary

Bojangles' in Concord, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability through strong leadership and a customer‑centric culture.

You will partner with the General Manager to schedule, coach, and develop staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and execute Bojangles' operating procedures while delivering WOW service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week, 7 days a week.
• Prior onboarding, cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales.
• Develop and lead a team that enhances traffic and profitability.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and follow BoJangles procedures.
• Oversee inventory, safety standards, and daily operations.
