Bojangles' in King, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver our Southern Hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and empowering staff, with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work legally.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible to work any shift with a 50-hour week.
• Supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently, lifting 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting store culture where team members feel respected.
• Lead onboarding and development opportunities for staff.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Provide active leadership with new hires and coaching.
• Uphold BoFood and BoLabor standards and processes.
• Maintain WOW guest service with consistent actions.
• Understand and act on store P&L, inventory, and safety.
• Participate in all LTOs and ensure timely execution.
