Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver Southern hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to build a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability.

Responsibilities include developing staff, maintaining service standards, and driving store performance while upholding Bojangles' cultural principles. This role requires leadership, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead our teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
• Develop and lead a team to drive traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and high service standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on store performance and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to all systems and processes and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and operational tasks.
