Bojangles' in Lancaster, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include developing teams, ensuring BoFood/BoLabor standards, and upholding safety and quality. The role requires flexibility for shifts and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.
