Job summary

BoJangles' Restaurants Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality.

You will partner with the General Manager to develop a high-performing team, drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Essential duties include building an inviting store culture, coaching new team members, communicating effectively with guests, and upholding BoCulture principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Availability for all shifts, 50-hour work week, and supervisory coaching experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.
• Develop and guide a team that drives traffic, sales and profitability.
• Maintain customer-centric culture and effective communication with guests and team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company systems and processes.
• Participate in inventory management and execution of LTO programs.
