Bojangles' in Columbia, SC is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and operations across BoFood, BoLabor, and safety standards, with flexible hours, weekly pay, and benefits including health coverage and meals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel, frequently lift 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and lead a customer-centric culture and drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes; drive safety and security standards.
• Coach and onboard team members; empower staff to deliver WOW guest service.
• Manage inventory and understand P&L impacts; participate in LTO activities.
