Bojangles' in Columbia, SC is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
