Job summary

Bojangles' in Columbia, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

Key responsibilities include building an inviting store culture, coaching teammates, adhering to BoFood and BoLabor standards, managing operations, and ensuring safety and quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work any shift, 7 days a week, 50-hour week.
