Job summary

Bojangles' is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Columbia, SC. You will lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality, working with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposits experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Maintain customer-centric culture and ensure WOW guest service.
• Oversee people development and store culture.
• Ensure adherence to systems and processes (BoFood, BoLabor) and uphold safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and cost controls.
• Engage in all local marketing and POP activities.
