Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives to staff.

• Step in during absence of general manager and maintain operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain positive morale during busy times.
• Ensure brand standards, cash handling, and inventory checks are followed.
• Address customer needs promptly and build long-term relationships.
