Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations across our travel plazas. This entry-level management role offers hands-on experience in leading teams, delivering performance feedback, and upholding brand standards.

You will supervise front-line staff, coach shifts, manage guest relations, and ensure cash handling and inventory processes are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities
