Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership in quick-service restaurant or similar management role.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Supervise non-management team members, assign tasks, and coach shifts supervisors.
• Provide leadership in the GM's absence and motivate staff during high- and low-morale periods.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, daily reporting, and inventory controls.
