CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Nashville to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold our mission and values. You will partner with the General Manager to plan actions, manage labor, forecast needs, and drive profitability while developing hourly Team Members.

We offer competitive pay at $21.50 per hour, with annual projection around $61,490 based on a 50-hour week, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of legal, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; travel as needed.
• Generous and friendly demeanor with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing; address team issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Improve guest experience and address customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics for improvements.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and budget adherence.
