CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations in line with our mission and values. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance, coach hourly Team Members, and ensure schedules, forecasting, labour management, and inventory are executed at an exceptional level.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Generous and friendly demeanor with guests.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Actively seeks and incorporates feedback to improve performance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and coaching.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and promptly address customer concerns.
• Lead by example in customer service.
• Support with managing financials, including tracking sales and cash handling.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee food safety practices and team training on procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and maintaining records.
• Support report preparation and action plan implementation.
• Participate in special projects to drive restaurant success.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
