Job summary

Baton Rouge Florida Blvd Club 24 LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team of childcare associates, front desk staff, MODs, and AGMs. This role oversees operations in the GM's absence, drives membership sales, and partners with regional leadership to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead staff to deliver a superior customer experience and reach sales targets.
• Maintain staff scheduling, deposits, and inventory within budgets.
• Promote CLUB4 Fitness in the community and drive member recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards and protect confidential information.
