Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team and delivering exceptional member experiences while driving revenue growth. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach to deposits, staffing, and guest service, with a monthly bonus opportunity tied to performance.

• Ability to work autonomously and in teams
• Must be computer proficient and versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire to manage Club operations and supervise staff in GM's absence
• Ability to travel to other clubs as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the General Manager and oversee CLUB4 operations.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests; ensure staff deliver superior service.
• Support staff development and growth within the organization.
• Collaborate with GM and Regional Manager to address issues with employees and members.
• Promote a superior customer experience and engage local communities.
• Partner with GM to drive sales, deposits, and club growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory, payroll, and scheduling; keep facility clean and compliant.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and assist in staffing decisions
