CLUB4 Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Kenner, LA, to support the GM in leading a busy gym and driving revenue growth while delivering a premier member experience.

The role demands supervisory experience, strong customer service, and ability to coach staff; CPR/AED certification is required. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and monthly bonuses for KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Basic computer, math, and communication skills required.
• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Must be CPR/AED certified.
• Desire to learn to manage Club operations and staff in absence of GM.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading a team to deliver excellent member experiences and revenue growth.
• Help hire, coach, and develop staff within budgetary guidelines.
• Support daily operations and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Regional Manager to address issues with staff and members.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach to raise brand awareness.
• Oversee deposits, scheduling, and club compliance.
• Promote safe, clean facilities and consistent service standards.
• Travel to other clubs as needed and manage operations in GM's absence.
