• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to provide required verification.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of diversity, inclusion, acceptance, and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for professional growth.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training qualified team members.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and effective decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
• Assume leadership and oversee club operations in the GM's absence.
• Lead and inspire membership team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance, coach to improve conversion, and manage leads.
• Support local marketing, community outreach, and partnerships to grow membership.
• Promote club services, programs, and amenities to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Ensure welcoming member experience and resolve concerns promptly under policy.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards of the facility.
• Oversee payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.
