• Oversee daily gym operations in GM's absence and coordinate with CLUB4 operations.
• Drive membership sales and community partnerships to raise awareness.
• Hire, coach, and mentor staff within budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure financial, customer satisfaction, and KPI targets are met, with monthly bonuses when achieved.
