Job summary

KidStrong Timonium is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in fostering a learning culture and driving key business results. You will lead coaching teams, manage customer experience, and oversee center operations to ensure smooth daily performance.

The role requires focus on staff development, KPI tracking, event sales, and maintaining KidStrong standards for safety and engagement. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids 15 months–11 years old.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• LearnUpon training completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives, maintenance, and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and upkeep of the center.
• Sell and schedule events, camps, and parties to boost profitability.
• Lead and develop staff with LearnUpon and coaching feedback.
