107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fort Worth, TX to support the GM, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced service center. The AGM will lead a dynamic team, coach staff, and help maintain high standards of service.

You'll work closely with the GM on budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, while ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest counts and core metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead, mentor and engage the team to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
