Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our busy service center. You’ll collaborate with the GM to drive revenue through guest growth and sales metrics while coaching a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The AGM will lead by example, develop teammates through our training program, manage inventory and safety, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GM to drive revenue growth through guest counts and core sales metrics.
• Lead and develop teammates through training and coaching.
• Ensure quality controls and safety standards are followed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense control.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service center.
