107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center's management team. As AGM, you will support the GM in driving revenue, improving guest experiences, and coaching a diverse team to deliver top-tier service.

You will work directly with the GM to monitor sales performance, develop teammates through our training program, and ensure safety, quality control, and operational standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
• Coach and mentor teammates while delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to achieve goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and financial performance; manage inventory.
