Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and develop a high-performing service center team. You will partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coaching staff for superior guest experiences and ensuring consistent operational excellence.

The AGM will oversee daily operations, budgeting, inventory, and safety while promoting a guest-first culture in a fast-paced environment. 18–20 USD hourly with full-time benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive sales goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense control.
• Coach automotive technicians and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation per guidelines.
