The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and hands-on management in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience (industry experience not required).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and drive financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with the GM by increasing guest count and core metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Lead, engage, and develop teammates through training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed and inventory is managed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction, mentor technicians and CSAs, and lead daily huddles.
• Open/close duties when GM is off and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
• Enforce safety and productivity standards and address guest questions in person or by phone.
