106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our service center’s management team. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, improve guest experiences, and lead a high-performance team.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and contribute to budgeting and financial performance while upholding our safety and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role offers growth with a leading auto service provider.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset.
• Must read and interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces and work in varied temperatures.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales mix.
• Coach and develop teammates using internal training.
• Maintain quality control and safety procedures.
• Handle inventory, cash, and guest concerns.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Support District Manager on initiatives.
