Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership team in Killeen, TX. You will partner with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

The AGM will develop teammates, oversee operations, and manage inventory, cash handling, and safety while guiding budget and forecast efforts to meet financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail metrics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM to drive revenue growth through guest counts and sales metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
