Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue, lead a service center team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with the General Manager to grow guest count, coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across operations in Arlington, TX. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a hands-on approach to daily management.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership, inspires and motivates diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates using internal training programs.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory and cash-handling processes.
• Perform opening and closing duties with GM when needed.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe and presentable.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
