Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and monitor core metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent guest service and experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Develop and guide teammates through training programs and coaching.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
