Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations through scheduling, training, and daily administration. In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards.

You will assist with hiring, training, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads while ensuring health and safety standards and quality food are delivered in a friendly manner.

• Lead Team Members and Shift Leads in the RGM's absence to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and that food is prepared to Taco Bell standards.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include seeing that Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You also assist the RGM with facility maintenance, finding, hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads and making sure health and safety standards are met.
