Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.

You will lead team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maintain food safety and quality to Taco Bell standards. In this role you’ll assist with staffing, training, and evaluating team performance, while solving customer issues with a positive attitude and guiding staff through policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Oversee great work shifts and admin duties to support the Restaurant General Manager.
• Provide leadership in the RGM's absence to ensure Taco Bell standards are met.
• Assist with hiring, developing Team Members and Shift Leads, and maintaining health and safety standards.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include seeing that Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You also assist the RGM with facility maintenance, finding, hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads and making sure health and safety standards are met.
