You are a hands-on leader with a track record in financial performance and team engagement, able to thrive in a 24-hour operation and deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage leadership.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree a plus.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; flexible for 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House F&B operations as Manager on Duty.
• Lead restaurant service, in-room dining, mini bar, and banquet events.
• Develop talent, elevate service standards, and drive guest satisfaction.
