Starwood Hotels in San Francisco seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our guest service team with warmth and professionalism. You will train, supervise and mentor new hires, setting them up for success and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

You will report to the Director of Front Office and work alongside another Assistant Front Office Manager and a Guest Experience Manager to model exemplary service and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Front Office supervisory role in luxury hotels.
• Advanced knowledge of front office operations and guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; flexible schedule.
• Strong leadership with guest and team engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train and mentor Front Office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, drive service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to optimize front desk workflows and throughput.
• Be a hands-on leader during peak times and guest interactions.

We have an opportunity for a service-minded Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our great-natured service team. Our Assistant Front Office Manager will train, supervise and help mentor new hires, setting them up for success in the most productive ways. It’s a role in which you’ll be constantly interacting with guests, whether you’re welcoming them from across an ocean or just around the corner. And you’ll be teaching others to do the same, so leading by example is everything in this role. This role reports to the Director of Front Office and works alongside an additional Assistant Front Office Manager and a Guest Experience Manager.

About you...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of front office operations
• Strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
