Trinity Services Group seeks an Assistant Food Service Director to plan and supervise a large jail/correctional facility food service operation. You will lead a team of food service workers, ensure proper menu execution, training, and compliance with health standards, while reporting to the Food Service Director on site.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to food safety regulations, and collaboration with clients within a correctional setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Must have experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the guidance, training, and management of the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Develop positive connections with clients requiring communication with them.
• Oversee the appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to facility or site plan.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory in advance preparation of planned menu schedule.
• Ensure that food items are stored properly.
• Maintain serving schedules to ensure all food items are served per menu specifications.
• Maintain a sanitary environment following food service and Health Department codes and regulations.
• Responsible for any state or other inspection of food service operation.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
