Job summary

JLL is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Indianapolis facility, serving as the service ambassador and operational hub. You will manage the Corrigo work order system, coordinate vendors, and ensure exceptional employee and guest experiences while supporting a world-class facility service delivery for Carrier Corporation.

You will work with the Director of Facilities and the facilities team to anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain a welcoming, well‑maintained workplace

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in facilities operations/building management/customer service with facilities exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems (Corrigo preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with professional interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corrigo work order system end-to-end (intake, assignment, tracking, closure).
• Serve as onsite service ambassador greeting employees and guests.
• Conduct regular building inspections and floor walks to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Develop inspection forms, checklists, and audit tools for maintenance programs.
• Support events, visitor management, security badges, and concierge services.
• Track asset information, spare parts, and equipment documentation with ops team.
