Job summary

JLL seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager in Seattle to lead daily property operations, maintenance programs, and client service delivery. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and work orders while using AI-enabled tools to optimize performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, KPI monitoring, and proactive problem-solving to support the client's real estate goals. Seattle-based, Monday–Friday schedule with on-site work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience managing commercial facilities as a third-party provider, corporate representative, or consultant.
• 1+ years of people management or supervisory experience in the facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles as they apply to commercial property management.
• Experience using CMMS systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, landscaping, and BMS.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with facility services.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to deliver services, schedule maintenance, and manage vendors.
• Support work order management using CMMS and AI-assisted tools to streamline processes.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs monthly and implement corrective actions.
• Create and edit monthly reports on work orders, budgets, and projects using data analytics.
• Collaborate with FM leadership on operating budgets and invoice accuracy.
