Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities operations. The role supports the Regional Manager and CRE team in delivering high-quality services and managing client satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and oversee budgeting, reporting, and AI-enabled decision making to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6 years of industry experience in corporate environments or consulting.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff across functional areas.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager with client projects and AI-assisted planning.
• Develop programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with Facility Management Lead and stakeholders; identify cost savings.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including vendors and admin staff.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual client reporting using AI-enabled analytics.
• Manage operating budgets and apply AI forecasting models.
• Prepare and present to client executives with strategic recommendations.
• Respond to urgent facility issues during business hours and after hours.
